On top of being an Oscar winning actress, the most ageless performer in music history and an icon loved by many, Cher is gifting us with a new perfume, 32 years after she launched ‘Uninhibited’.
The perfume is simply called “Eau de couture” and will be available on Cher’s official website. Speaking to Women’s Wear Daily about the scent, Cher described it as ‘very touchy-feely. It makes you want to hold onto yourself.’
So what does Cher and a whole bunch of feelings smell like? Well, a gender neutral mix of bergamot, neroli, jasmine and vetiver to make a spicy, vanilla oriental fragrance. ‘We’ve come a long, long way since I first put out a perfume so I really do believe this is genderless,’ the ‘Just like Jesse James’ singer told WWD.
